The 2024 Krewe of Mighty Mustangs Royal Court will be selected on Friday, January 26. Registration Deadline is Friday the 19th.
This year, the Royal Court will consist of a King and Queen selected from the 5th grade entries, plus a Maid and Duke chosen randomly from EACH grade PreK-5th Grades. Please go to maascoop.org to pay your 10$ submission fee. Don’t forget your students name!
On the day of our annual parade, the Royal Court will be asked to dress in their favorite Carnival outfits. They will be treated to a Jazz Brunch and given a special treat to thank them for being part of of our Krewe. Then, they will lead off our parade.*
*Note: If your student plans to pull a wagon in the parade, they must still pay the required fee and register separately. This $10 covers court submissions.
